Valerie Lazar is one of our physician assistants. Val graduated with a Bachelors in Medical Studies and a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from DeSales University.

Alexandra Podlesny, MHS PA-C
Alexandra graduated from Drexel University’s accelerated program with a Bachelors Degree in Health Science and a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She is board certified by the NCCPA and practices in Family Medicine. She is dedicated to providing quality, compassionate care and decreasing health disparity in the community.
Dr. Ritwik(Rik) Grover, MD
Dr. Ritwik(Rik) Grover MD of The Plastic Surgery Center is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who specializes in breast reconstruction, body contouring and a wide array of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures for the face and body.
Dr. Grover received his Bachelors of Arts at the University of Pennsylvania. He completed medical school at the prestigious Dartmouth College where he graduated with honors.
Dr. Grover then continued his integrated plastic surgery training at one of the nation’s top hospitals at Cleveland Clinic. Renowned for their innovation, he trained heavily in reconstructive surgery and was able to participate in two face transplants. During his tenure in Cleveland, he extensively published peer-reviewed articles regarding breast reconstruction, lymphedema
(swelling of the upper and lower extremities), and aesthetic surgery. After his training concluded, he pursued an Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship with the Harvard Plastic Surgery Program,
specializing in cosmetic surgery of the face, nose, and breast.
Dr. Grover has completed his training with over 15 peer-reviewed manuscripts including articles, textbook chapters, and innovative technique papers. He has also presented at several regional and national plastic surgery scientific meetings.
